Job Description
- Steer each market’s sales and marketing direction and develop matching strategies in line with S.E.A’s direction through intensive internal & external communication/adjustment.
- Work on the improvement plans for each country’s marketing mix strategy based on the S.E.A and Global direction of Reginal HQ & Japan HQ respectively.
- Manage distributors’ sales activities in ASEAN region including emerging countries like Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing Timepieces sales volume through management of distributors’ activities.
- Responsible for elevating brand position of each key brand in the mid/longer term and achieving long term business growth.
- Manage PSI (Purchase/Sales/Inventory) performance indicators for the region.
- Keep abreast of market situations in the region and provide regular reports to CSP and Japan HQ.
- Required to travel to regional countries on regular basis.
Job Requirments
- Bachelor Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience at Managerial Level in Japanese MNCs in a similar role, acting as a liaison between Japanese HQ and its overseas subsidiaries
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Good business acumen and strong leadership skills.
- Confident, aggressive, good communication skills and open minded
- Proficiency in MS Office Skills especially PPT and Excel
- Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1) necessary to perform presentation and translation in Japanese for management reporting and facilitating communication between Japan and English speaking subsidiaries on day to day basis.
