Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of an assigned building
Responsible for the management and supervision/co-ordination of all maintenance / contractors assigned to the building
Monitor expenditure, address operational and administrative issues and ensure procedures are carried out efficiently
Recommend, provide justification and follow-through job requests within delegated authority
Establish good relations with building owner
Prepare monthly management reports
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Building / Real Estate Management or other related discipline in facility management with minimum 5 years' relevant work experience
Diploma in Building must have a minimum 8 years' relevant experience, including M&E background
Must possess Fire Safety Manager certificate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
