· Knowledge of shipping documentation (import/export/LC/documentation/Bill of Lading /FTA Agreement) in accordance to the country customary rules and regulations.
· Tracked record of container ship planning, maintain ship schedule, monitor ship bunker cost.
· Cargo operations and RF/DG/OOG handling.
· In charge of slot management, monitor ship loading ratio.
· Maintain good relations with agents, shipping carriers and customers.
· Responsible for tendered invitation and quotations from our agent or customer.
· Send all necessary information and documentation to clients/agents/sea companies /forwarders accurately and punctually.
· Shipping knowledge preferred.
· Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
· Proactive and self confidence
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent.
· Required languages: English and Mandarin.
· Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Power Point preferred
· 0-1 year working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Maritime or Equivalent.
· Able to multi-task and work independently.
