Job description:
• Work with the school admin team to support school operations.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Attend to phone calls and walk-ins from general public, parents, students.
• Other office duties as required and assigned by the school
Work Timing:
• Mondays & Fridays: 7:00am to 5:30pm, 1hr lunch break
• Tuesdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, 1hr lunch break
• Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 3:30pm (1hr lunch break)
• No service is required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Requirements
• Minimum GCE “O” Level Certificate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration.
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred.
