Responsibilities:
- Overseeing full spectrum of HR activities including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters; etc.
- Involved in the full spectrum of compensations & benefits functions including payroll and budgeting
- Work with business units and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage talents.
- Lead and execute HR Operations to ensure all processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations.
- Manage daily HR operations and provide guidance on appropriate handling of non-routine transactions as required.
- Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery and employee experience.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where appropriate.
- Ensure work processes are audit compliance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in HR functions, preferrably in Compensation & Benefits
- Able to review HR process changes
- Positive work attitude and good analytical skills
- Organised, meticulous, pro-active
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working location: East
