Operation planner
Job Highlights:
- Basic up to $4,500 + AWS + VB
- Monday to Friday 7.50am to 4.55pm
- Office within walking distance from Joo Koon MRT

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to achieve Division sales and delivery targets, ensuring timely delivery execution.
- Address and manage any disruptions that may impact customer delivery schedules.
- Oversee daily operations, including incoming and outgoing shipments, packing, documentation, and delivery logistics.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding production capacity, demand forecasting, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Partner with the warehouse Supervisor to maintain worker safety and ensure safe working conditions.
- Engage with customers to discuss monthly forecasts, urgent orders, material availability, and shipping plans.
- Responsible for managing monthly month-end closing procedures and conducting yearly stock checks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum A Levels, Diploma or above.
- Experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics.
- Preferably experience with ISO, Environmental Policy, EMS, J-SOX, WEMS, OH&S & SEPG Compliance policies, etc.
- Preferably experience with ISO9001, IATF and Risk Assessments.
- Possess initiative, sense of urgency, work passion, eye for details, active team player, meticulous.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness.
