Contract Period: From 22 July 2024 to 21 July 2025
Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45-min lunch break
Responsibilities:
- Creative Multimedia Development:Conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content (videos, photos, posters) to support school events, committee programs, and external publicity efforts.
- Media Gallery Maintenance:Curate and update the school's photo and video gallery to ensure it reflects the latest events and achievements.
- Digital Outreach Management:Maintain and manage the school's digital platforms for external publicity, including digital signage, website, and social media channels.
- Event Support:Provide multimedia support during school functions such as level camps, Speech Day, and other events as needed.
- ICT Asset Management:Manage media-related ICT assets within the school, including procurement, maintenance, repairs, loan management, and disposal.
- AV Support:Collaborate with the ICT Team to manage AV assets and provide support for school activities and events, including video conferencing and live streaming for online and hybrid events.
- Teacher Assistance:Assist teachers with multimedia production, photography, and videography needs to enhance classroom activities and projects.
- Student Training and Mentorship:Train and mentor select groups of students in multimedia production, editing, and other ICT-related competitions to foster creativity and skills development.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Storytelling:Demonstrated enthusiasm for storytelling through videos and multimedia content.
- Educational Background:Diploma or degree in Videography or related fields with relevant ICT working experience.
- Language Proficiency:Proficient in adding Chinese subtitles to videos.
- Technical Skills:Competent in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite for photo editing and design.
- Multimedia Expertise:Knowledgeable in video pre/post-production, poster design, and web design.
- Familiarity with Tools and Platforms:Familiarity with G Suite for Education, G Suite Administration, web design, app design, Apple Apps (iMovie, Procreate, Lumafusion), and Micro:bits programming is advantageous.
- Experience:Preferably a minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- MOE Registration:Candidates registered with MOE are preferred.
