- Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.00pm
- Saturday (WFH), 9.30am to 1.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage cargo booking and scheduling with airlines and master-loaders.
- Assist in logistics planning and operational tasks.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including cargo reception and inventory management.
- Coordinate, monitor, and fulfill logistics requirements for resource allocation, synchronization, and de-confliction.
- Identify optimal pricing solutions to enhance profitability.
- Procure airline rates and drive competitive pricing strategies.
- Apply expertise in customer tariffs, contract pricing, and rate application.
- Update and distribute carrier notices and information regarding surcharge adjustments.
- Possess strong knowledge of flight routes and understanding of airline cost structures.
- Optimize daily loading plans.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Research and monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
