Sales Support Executive

• Working Day: Monday to Friday & Alternate Sat
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm & 8:30am - 1:30pm (alt Sat)
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,500

Job Description:

• Handle customers' enquiries, prepare sales quotations, processing sales order, sales invoice and logistics management.
• Update products price list, brochure and distribute marketing materials to all customers.
• Assist in marketing communications, including maintenance of websites and social media platforms.
• Ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration and equivalent.
• Knowledge with photo and video editing software, Photoshop and Illustrator will be added advantage.
• Relevant working experiences.
