Responsible for:
- Assisting Japanese-speaking guests in their requirements
- Incumbent must ensure that all guests are serviced in the matter outlined by The Ritz-Carlton Credo
- Liaise with other departments and assist in communication to non-Japanese-speaking staff when necessary
- Ensure that all guests receive the highest standard of personalised services
- Assisting check-in and check-out, able to handle guest enquires for English-speaking guests
- Upsell whenever possible for rooms, F&B outlet, laundry, spa and etc
