- Working Hours (Rotational shift depends on operational need):
- Shift 1: Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 17:30
- Shift 2: Mon - Fri, 11:30 - 20:30
- Sat: 08:30 - 11:30 (Alternate)
- Location: Pioneer
- Remuneration Package: Basic Up to $2400 + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly input warehouse operation data into the Warehouse Management System/Inventory system.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the WMS system on a daily basis.
- Address and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely scheduling.
- Assist in conducting weekly cycle counts and periodic inventory checks.
- Maintain proper filing of warehouse documentation and equipment servicing records.
- Organize daily picking, packing, and transportation arrangements.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum educational requirement: O Levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with WMS preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting.
