Job Description:

1. Edit graphics, such as photographs or illustrations
2. Import text and graphics into desktop publishing software programs
3. Perform page layout
4. Updating company social media platforms
5. Prepare quote and follow up customer’s enquiry or sales orders
6. Maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers
7. Arrange for goods delivery with logistics
8. Follow up with existing customers and quotations to close deal
9. Prompt response to customers and suppliers
10. Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PSDAble , Microsoft Words and Excel
2. Meet tight deadlines and team oriented
3. Attention to details and dealine driven
4. Possessing strong analytical skills
5. Positive attitude and Problem-solver
6. Good communication skills
