JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To conduct incoming inspections, in-process inspection and final inspection prior to release to customers.
- To prepare inspection reports and ensure effective storage & maintenance of inspection records & documents.
- To review MTR, COC & Inspection Reports prior to approving product for delivery.
- To perform In-house calibration of MME & maintaining calibration reports.
- To ensure timely communication about the defects / complaints noticed during inspection to the QA Manager.
- To support imaging completed job packets to electronic system for record retention and easy retrieval when required.
- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of QMS related documentations.
- Develop and maintain calibration control processes for the efficient management of measuring equipments.
- To undertake any other ad hoc projects/duties assigned for Production assembly and testing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 2 years of QC experience in manufacturing Industry (preferably in Oil & Gas Industry).
- Minimum NTC certificate (Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering preferred) or O Level.
- Ability to use and read Monitoring and Measuring Equipment (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges, MIC TRAC or CMM machine, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
- Familiar with ISO and API requirements/standards is preferred.
- Computer Literate.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Mature, proactive, take initiative and well organized.
- Able to work over-time and night shift when required.
