Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Digital and various teams to accelerate the Group’s eCommerce business, with a strategic and sustainable business model that will primarily selling digitally via brand.com.
- To succeed, strong collaboration is needed across all the functions in the zone and country, such as Communications, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, HR.
- This highly collaborative position also liaises with the Central Digital Team on Technical, Marketing, Data and Analytics, as well as Creative, and User Experience Teams to execute both near term tactical initiatives as well as longer term strategic projects.
- Accountable for e-commerce business KPIs including, but not limited to, revenue, Paid Search (SEM) and Organic traffic (SEO), conversion, AOV, Consumer Journey, inventory, etc.
- The candidate should have omnichannel and O2O experience, with a proven record of running omnichannel direct to consumer business. With this, the expectation is to establish the strategy and action plans for success.
- Be instrumental in driving revenues, both digital and in retail, via CRM, email, personalization, and segmentation.
- Proactively gather and utilize intelligence from ecommerce, digital marketing, customers, competition, and verticals to understand business risks and support the expansion and optimization of existing products and initiatives that will drive increased customer acquisition and retention.
- Guide top management with reporting and dashboards which will include tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), traffic sources, device usage, merchandising and funnel behaviors across all markets.
Requirements
- Highly motivated individual with 6-8 years of experience with specific experience in building and driving eCommerce businesses.
- Understanding of Sales Force Commerce Cloud, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Order Management Systems and Warehouse Management Systems, and other systems in the eCommerce technology ecosystem / or similar eCommerce platforms/technologies is preferred.
- Must have a strong and detailed view of business user requirements for proposed functionality enhancements specially for brand.com, as well as future-looking roadmap key projects.
- A leader with experience working within a global operating model, proven success managing multiple eCommerce and showroom websites.
- Excellent analytical and organization skills.
- Proven ability in communication and people management skills to manage a team.
