Job description:
- Project Management around new MAS outsourcing guidelines and notices to ensure compliance with guidelines, procedures and reporting
- Document project plan, scope, including resource alignment and timelines
- Ensure PM Monitoring & Assessment results, risks, issues and dependencies are escalated and challenged as appropriate
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure program and project alignment to strategy and commitment
- Develop and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders
- Lead regular stakeholder update
Key Third Party Management Responsibilities
- Coordination with various functions/stakeholders of the bank on various fronts, including internal audit and regulatory reviews
- Contribute in developing/ reviewing program document to ensure alignment with the local regulatory expectations and requirements
- Ensure that Annual Due Diligence requirements are duly adhered to by all stakeholders
- Manage Inventory for External & Internal Outsource Service Providers including sub-contractors leveraging on the Inventory template
- Supporting various country requests/queries for better management of Third Parties across the region
- Review various risk reports/databases and help in effectively addressing the risks
- Support or Service Recipient and track for effective closure
- Develop various presentations for senior management review and discussion
Job requirements:
- Min Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in project management
