The Role
We are searching for a self-motivated and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and driving strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers for the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work experience
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave of absence, and retirement plans
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage the HR information system (HRIS)
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews
- Stay updated on employment law and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus)
