Job Description
(Customer Interface is essence to fulfilling of functions )
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts
- Ensure Sales Orders are fulfilled for On Time Delivery
- Work closely with various departments to drive order fulfillment towards customer satisfaction
- Manage risks/issues that might/do arise over the course of program life cycle & take measures to correct them before they occur.
- Participate in Chang Control Board (FA/PILOT/Production ECO) & NPI-Meetings
- Monitor and manage Ageing Stock inventories
The Requirements: - At least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering field.
- 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience as a Program Engineer preferably serving customers from seimconductor, medical/life science or analytical industry
- Proficient with computers and in using MS word, Excel, Power point.
- Work experience in SAP / Oracle /SUGAR CRM network preferred.
- Possess analytical and problem- solving skills, excellent oral and written communications skills for effective communication.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Meticulous with strong project management experience.
- Customer and sales service-oriented team player to maintain and improve quality of service.
Other information:
- Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
- Location : Changi North
- Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
