Accounts
- Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures
- Provide data for budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Account receivable – prepare invoice, statement of accounts and send payment reminder to client.
- Liaise with external parties (including, but not limited to auditors, tax agent, secretary, etc.) and manage the process to ensure adherence and timely submission of the accounts/ returns.
- Prepare general ledger journal entries and bank reconciliation
- Prepare audit schedules and involved in audit preparation.
- Account payable – process payments and verify the supporting documents.
HR
- Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Process employee’s payroll according to MOM regulations.
- Facilitate the monthly submission of CPF contributions and the annual filing of IR8A forms.
Admin
- PowerPoint slide preparation
- Coordinate hospitality & travel arrangement for our oversea guests.
· Assist in any other work as may be assigned
This position will be responsible for administrative tasks and HR duties, given the minimal volume of accounting transactions.
Job requirement:
· Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
· Able to work independently in meeting deadlines, meticulous and a good team player
· Preferably able to start work immediately or with 1 month notice period
