Job Description
- Research and identify gaps in leadership skills and competencies through T&L Needs Analysis Report, which includes designing a survey for program alumni participants and developing a report based on survey findings.
- Analyze multiple data sources, identify, and plan the implementation of structured interventions such as workshops and publications.
- Assist in administrative and logistical duties for running programs.
- Assist in creating a microsite on the webpage.
- Undertake any taskings or research projects assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree (Preferably Degree in Psychology).
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SPSS, or any other statistical software.
- Previous experience in research is more advantageous.
