Job Description
The position holder will be part of the NUHS Centre Grant (CG) Admin Core, which will run at least till 31 March 2026.
Centre Grant (CG) Management
- Prepare and submit CG grant variation requests
- Collate and prepare KPIs and other info for CG Progress Reporting to NMRC
- Answer and assist with any CG-related enquiries and matters by stakeholders
CG Administrative Support
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for payment in accordance with the University Procurement Policy and funding guidelines
- Maintain records and documents in CG shared folder
- Any other ad-hoc requests as required by CG Facility Cores
- Coordinate CG half-yearly meetings
- Assist with Fixed Asset verification
- Support of any other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager or CG Director
Marketing and Publicity for CG Facility Core
- Design, plan and schedule the display of CG posters on electronic billboards
- Liaise with the NUSMED communications team on the dissemination of CG content on social media platforms
CG Website Management
- Submit claims via CONCUR
- Track expenditure and variations and record them in the spreadsheets
- Update core leads quarterly and ensure purchases are in accordance with funding guidelines and that there is sufficient budget
- Assist with budget projections for manpower and purchases
- Perform fund checks for New Hires/ Re-appointment and bonuses payout and assist with the documentations
- Process invoices for payment
- Assist PI with NIC CareEco Grant variation request submission via IGMS
- Any other ad-hoc requests as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in healthcare research admin will have an added advantage
