1) HR and Administration duty.
a) Payroll processing; including salary, bonus, expense claim computation and processing, CPF submission, SDF computation, payment process…etc.
b) HR administration including of keeping track of attendance, leave, employee records…etc.
c) Administration and enrolment of staffs insurance .
d) Work permit application and have a good understanding of MOM policy.
e) In process and out process documentation and ensure a proper execution of HR policy.
f) Payable and Accounts Receivable not limiting to invoice processing.etc.
2) Strategy duties
a) Assist in staff’s performance evaluation administration.
b) Involved in resources management, on-going recruitment through advertisement and working closely with education institution.
c) Develop a recruitment and talent development strategic in line with Pulley Ascent Business requirements.
Job Requirements:
1) At least 1 year work experience of related job scope
2) Diploma / higher NITEC
3) Basic Accounting Knowledge
4) Good working knowledge of MS office not limiting to Excel, Word.
