Applicants for the Service Crew position should have a deep passion for customer service, embodied with people-first attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, friendly and empathetic. The Service Crew will have the opportunity to assist the coffee and beverage bar.
Job Description
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide high quality of customer service to all customers
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations serving food & beverages
- Follows operational policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
- Anticipates customer and store needs by continuously assessing the environment and customers for cues
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge upholding KYO KOHEE's culture, values and mission
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Contributes to a positive team environment
- Any other duties that may be assigned

- 5-day work week, rotating shift (weekdays only)
- Willingness to learn attitude and grow with the company
- Good working attitude, ethics, initiative and mindset
- Warm and cheerful personality
- Able to communicate well with a diverse group of people in spoken English
- Able to multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year of service experience is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to those without experience
