You are to assist the Marketing and Membership Manager in the efficient and effective management of events, programmes and activities at clubhouse, including but not exclusive to the following functions:
A) Membership Engagement and Retention
i) To be the key person in charge for planning and carrying out engagement and retention activities smoothly and successfully.
ii) To understand and monitor membership data and exit interview data in order to contribute ideas for engagement and retention betterment.
iii) To maintain good relationship with member and continue to build good rapport for retention purposes.
iv) To highlight on arising issues that contribute to the key cause of member resignation and propose with solution.
v) To achieve the targeted retention number each month
B) Membership Administration
i) To be the key person in charge to manage the membership data and process cycle which includes maintaining and protecting the existing and new members’ information and document.
ii) To conduct thorough exit interview with resigning member and record the collected information for future review.
iii) To process membership related reports as instructed by Dept head.
iv) To support in updating and up-keeping marketing materials.
C. Membership recruitment
i) To support any membership recruitment activities
ii) To achieve the targeted recruitment number each month
D. Others
i) To handle ad hoc projects as directed by Marketing and Membership Manager
ii) You will also be expected to perform any other suitable duties commensurate with your capability and potential as may be decided by the Reporting Manager.
