- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing through Marketing Technologies (MarTech)
- Support efforts to build the overall MarTech strategy, integrating and configuring platforms processes, templates, and best practices for implementation.
- Drive efforts to integrate, roll out and govern MarTech tools (e.g. marketing automation platform, digital asset management platform, email tool) within the MarTech stack
- Strategize, establish, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs aligned with the brands' marketing strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and oversee data generated from all CRM/ marketing-related activities, encompassing sign-ups, retention rates, online and offline sales data, email campaign performance statistics, and offline events and more.
- Consolidate and report on the monthly success of CRM and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer care, addressing customer feedback, concerns on online and social platforms promptly.
- Plan and execute marketing and loyalty campaigns
- Provide general assistance and support for physical events and other marketing-related tasks.
Requirements
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum University Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Data Science, or in a related field
- Tech-savvy, interested in data, willing to learn
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, Google platforms and other marketing technologies
- Hands-on experience in implementing marketing technologies and campaigns, ideally in a B2B environment, will be preferred
