Senior Accounts Executive

Lee Quan (hai Zhong Bao) Pte. Ltd.

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements, post journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for GST filing and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper accounting for all transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Liaise with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices.


Job Requirements


  • Minimun diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA Singapore) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record in a senior accounts role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in supervising a team is advantageous.
