Responsibilities:
- Offer technical and sales assistance to support the Sales teams.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, generating weekly sales reports and other requested documents.
- Analyze customer needs, applications, and requirements to recommend suitable products and services.
- Conduct technical calculations and sizing for high-pressure pumps, valves, and similar equipment.
- Provide prompt responses to customer queries regarding quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date customer databases and quotation statuses in the SAP system while managing sales records.
- Create a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- With Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Min of 1-year relevant experience in a similar industry, technical support, or handling technical sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
