Candidates are expected to: -
- Coordinate the transportation of lifting gears, lifting equipment, and manpower to project sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders on delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery and receipt of RMS products according to Delivery Order
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities
- Take command of company vehicles (e.g. 14-footer lorry, 24-footer lorry and company vans) to transport lifting equipment and ensure timely delivery
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Manager
A successful candidate will possess: -
- Class 4 Driving Licence
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in the rigging or construction industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take flexible working hours and overtime where necessary
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm
- Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm
