Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop
- Build and nurture a strong relationship with customers through knowledge sharing, positive attitude, and excellent customer service.
- Meet sales targets by understanding customers' needs, providing expert knowledge across categories.
- Communicate and support all team members to achieve set objectives.
- Use product knowledge and selling skills effectively to achieve set target.
- Provide expert advice to our customers such as product information and communicate features and benefits, showcasing product selection, suitability, and efficacy.
- Identify customer needs by using open-ended questions and physical demonstration
- Exemplify Sabon image, maintain a professional, business appearance in accordance to grooming guidelines.
- Ensure counter reflect at all times current merchandising guidelines and testers are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
- Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
- Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
- Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
- Ability to converse in both English and Mother Tongue is an advantage.
