Job Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce standards for conducting inspections and tests across all procedures, overseeing testing methodologies, and upholding stringent quality standards throughout processes.
- Plan and execute Annual Inspections, Full Load Tests, and 150% Brake Tests.
- Manage daily schedules, manpower allocation, and deployment effectively.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding planned inspection schedules and subsequent follow-ups.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain equipment at the highest safety standards.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of inspections as per schedule.
- Support employees in understanding and complying with all quality standards and procedures outlined in the quality manual.
Job Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the industry.
- Hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic or possess a Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical Institute.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills.
