Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Draft recruitment job advertisements across various platforms.
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in the selection process.
- Conduct interviews when required.
HR Admin & Payroll:
- Prepare employment contracts, job offer letters, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare payroll for 20 HC
- Maintain employee records (P-files) in Dropbox.
- Manage personal data in the HR system.
- Provide monthly labor costing and efficiency reports.
- Handle workman compensation and FW insurance claims.
- Prepare letters for awards, promotions, etc.
- Manage birthday vouchers and maintain records.
- Facilitate monthly appraisal processes.
- Organize company events.
Work Pass / MOM:
- Submit and process various work passes and permits.
- Ensure compliance with quota regulations.
- Complete and submit MOM survey reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an HR Executive, including payroll and recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local HR practices and employment laws.
