Location: Geylang Bahru
Working day: 5.5 days/ week, Alt Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Job scheduling for operations personnel
- Ensuring timely task completion
- Manage customer communications and paperwork
- Maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate with customers on job logistics
- Overseeing installation teams' logistics, and addressing customer service calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences.
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor progress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
