Warehouse Assistant Manager

  • Manage and oversee operations across sites.
  • Provide strategic leadership for daily warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance, meet customer expectations, and achieve KPIs.
  • Engage customers on operational and contract matters.
  • Enforce security and safety measures in the warehouse.
  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of best practices and staff motivation.
  • Provide on-the-job training and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain storage areas and uphold quality standards.
  • Other adhoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
