Responsibilities:
- Closing gaps in specified partnership areas and strengthened current strategic alliances.
- Assess partners based on ESG criteria.
- Collaborate with the creative team for production requirements.
- Reaching out to and engaging production partners and freelancers
- Carry out negotiating expenses, scope, and deadlines mutually.
- Ensuring precise delivery, such as advertising submissions, coordinating press checks, and obtaining approvals
- Provide production recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Manage finances accurately and sourcing for quotes.
- Processing invoices promptly and ensuring timely payments.
Requirements:
- At least 2 -3 years of relevant working experience in a creative environment or similar industry.
- Knowledge of Digital, Video, Printing, and Photography process.
- Familiarity with ESG and A.I. development is advantageous.
