  1. Monitor and record expenses related to marine operations, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
  2. Assist in developing and maintaining budgets for marine projects, ensuring expenses stay within allocated funds.
  3. Review and process invoices from vendors and suppliers, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  4. Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Prepare regular reports on cost performance, budget variances, and financial trends for management review.
  6. Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  7. Maintain organized records of financial documents, such as invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in all cost-related activities.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, vendors, and stakeholders to gather information and resolve cost-related issues.
  10. Provide support to senior cost management personnel in various tasks, such as cost forecasting, financial analysis, and project planning.
