What you'll do:
As a Project Manager (Core Banking) in our IT team, you will play a crucial role in leading intricate initiatives that span across multiple business lines. You will be entrusted with complete project lifecycle stewardship, ensuring successful delivery from inception to deployment. Your responsibilities will also include managing all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will coordinate teams through concept brainstorming, clear project requirement documentation, and quality delivery. Additionally, you will report on project success criteria results, metrics, tests and deployments. Your role will also involve participating in Business Requirements analysis and review.
- Oversee a portfolio of intricate initiatives that span one or multiple business lines
- Ensure complete project life cycle stewardship: successful project delivery will include full implementation from inception to deployment of one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall programme aligns with and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
- Coordinate one or more teams through concept brainstorming, clear project requirement documentation, and quality delivery
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, tests and deployments
- Participate in Business Requirements analysis and review
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
- Act as an internal quality control check for the project
- Deliver appropriate and effective executive communications to steering committee stakeholders with the aid of clear, synthesised presentation decks

You will demonstrate an ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion and synthesise complex situations/subjects to propose solutions for complex challenges.
- Strong diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organisations
- Experience presenting to executive sponsors through demonstrated communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) with technical / non-technical staff and all levels of management
- Ability to work under multiple projects within respective timeframes
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
- Ability to synthesise complex situations / subjects and propose solutions for complex challenges
- Experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Background in application development process, Agile, Waterfall, JIRA
- Tools: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Sharepoint
