Responsibilities:
- Experience in pre & post contract administration
- Prepare tender cost submission / pricing / quantity take off / cost evaluation
- Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Work closely with key members of the project team and liaise with subcontractors accordingly
- General post-award contract administration
Responsibilities:
- Relevant Qualification in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the construction industry, experienced in budget/cost control, have prior experience working on LTA projects
- Possess good knowledge in budget analysis, risks and opportunities management
- Possess good knowledge in construction sequencing and building methodology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Organizational skill with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible.
- High level of integrity with good communication and facilitation skills
