What you'll do:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our client's operations. You will have the chance to operate within a geographically dispersed Agile team, potentially leading one in due course. Your primary responsibilities will include interfacing with business users to comprehend requirements, conducting comprehensive business analysis, and generating functional and technical designs. You will also collaborate closely with developers to write requirements using Specification By Examples (SBE). Furthermore, you will provide UAT testing support and coordinate across various teams. Fostering excellent relationships across technology and user communities will be key to your success in this role.
- Operating within a geographically dispersed Agile team and potentially leading one in due course

The ideal candidate for the Technical Business Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in tech business analysis. She has proven skills in data analysis, requirements gathering, design, and UAT testing support. She understands current state systems and has a good knowledge of global markets business, equity and FICC products, and front-to-back processing. She is familiar with release processes and tooling, such as JIRA and Jenkins, and has a good understanding of agile methodology and practices. She is a team player with proactive communication skills and an adaptable communication style. Knowledge of ORACLE or SQL server is required, along with a willingness to learn new technologies such as Python.
- Experience as a Tech business analyst, with skills in data analysis, requirements gathering, design, and UAT testing support
- Understanding of current state systems
