Job Description
- Administer customer & project supplier databases
- Prepare & print proposal logs & reports
- Coordinate project supplier evaluation & selection sessions
- Provide support to source, qualify and negotiate with suppliers to fulfill proposal and project requirements
- Support project implementation through management of engineering procurement activities
- Manage project supplier relations and ensure that supplier base is adequate and competitive
- Analyze and identify specification and engineering requirements of enquiries & prepare proposals to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience or SCADA/PLC project experience.
- Familiar with PLC/DCS/HMI and process automation in general
- Proficient in preparing technical proposals & quotations
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for engineering project
