About Our Client
We are partnering with a well-established global firm in the financial services industry, headquartered in the US.
Job Description
- Able to provide comprehensive IT support services to the Singapore office and other APAC offices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and inquiries
- To be able to communicate effectively with users and resolving their requests.
- To fulfill additional tasks on an ad-hoc basis
The Successful Applicant
- Posses a minimum of 5 years experience in a Desktop or Service Desk role
- Extensive knowledge and experience with first and second line support of Windows 10/11
- Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop operations and management as well as supporting Office 365 (Office Enterprise Apps, MS Teams)
- Experience with PowerShell would be an advantage
