8 Months Contract (Maternity Cover)
Office Hours
Location: West Region Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Process margin calls and interest.
- Process trades done by Investment Office.
- Process capital calls / distributions and reconcile the unfunded commitments of Limited Partnerships.
- Liaise with custodian to ensure trades are correctly posted.
- Download fund / bank / custodian statements and reports.
- Assist with daily reconciliations of cash, FX and stock positions.
- E-file and maintain records of transactions.
- Assist in Treasury initiatives and projects.
- Any other ad hoc task assigned by reporting manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Banking, Finance or accounting
- 2-3 years investment / fund operations experience.
- Familiar with SAP, banks and custodian systems.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user.
