About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing global pharmaceutical European company with an established market presence across the global markets. With a well performed revenue in the past 2 years, the business is looking to expand finance team in Singapore supporting the APAC markets.
Job Description
- Processing of invoices and assisting Accountants in Accounts Payable
- Preparation of payments for invoices accordance to group policies
- Record of customer receipts and preparation of AR Ageing reports
- Assist in the preparation of periodic accounting entries, payments and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly GL closings
- Assist in the preparation of financial information for external audits and correspond directly with external auditors to provide requested schedules and support
- Support and ensure compliance with all statutory finance and tax filing requirements
- Carry out and assume any other duties or responsibilities
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting or relevant
- Individuals with 0-1 years of experience, posses good understand to accounting/financial reporting principles are welcome to apply
- Good organising abilities and communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office, adaptable to ERP systems (eg. SAP, SAGE etc)
- Knowledge in basic Spanish, French, others are not required but beneficial
