Job Description
- Support operation team for the start-up (troubleshooting, …)
- Improve operating procedures based on actual plant set up and performances
- Train and transfer knowledge to the existing operation team
- Provide guidance in operational best practice, in terms of safety, productivity and quality
- Support teams to set up reporting tool
- Bring process technical assistance to the operational team to solve process technical issues
- Deploy key indicators to put the process under control
