- Develop the Sales company towards a customer centric organization aligned with Group Strategy.
- Continue the development of profitable growth by managing, executing and monitoring business development, sales and service activities;
- Develop and deliver a market strategy and drive business performance to achieve challenging targets.
- Secure that efficient sales processes are fully implemented.
- Work together with management to set the market development priorities.
- Lead the human resource development of the country and/or entity and ensure we have the right people in place securing the a high performance organization.
- Lead the local Management Team giving the direction and ensuring that they are leading their division/departments according with the local strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Government and local Regulations
