Responsibilities


1. Market Research:

a. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and opportunities.

b. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about key market drivers.


2. Lead Generation:

a. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

b. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective lead generation strategies.


3. Client Relationship Building:

a. Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

b. Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.


4. Proposal Development:

a. Work closely with the senior business development team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

b. Customize proposals based on client requirements and feedback.


5. Sales Negotiation:

a. Participate in negotiation processes, addressing client concerns and ensuring a win-win outcome.

b. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are communicated and met.


6. Achieving Sales Targets:

a. Set and achieve sales targets and objectives as outlined by the senior management.

b. Track and report progress regularly, identifying areas for improvement.


7. Market Expansion:

a. Identify opportunities for market expansion and assist in the development and execution of market entry strategies.


8. Collaboration:

a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of business development efforts.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Additional Skills:

· Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
