Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing plans across digital, traditional, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Efficiently oversee marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and tracking ROI.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO, marketing database, social media and e-commerce platform.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis, guiding future value propositions.
• Strategize and produce engaging content for diverse social media platforms to amplify brand recognition, encompassing creative creation, copywriting, photography editing, gif creation, short video editing, sticker creation, and story creation and posting.
• Create promotional materials and design assets to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts including engaging with followers, addressing inquiries or concerns, and promoting company initiatives through digital channels.
• Monitor and analyse results from the digital content/campaigns and web traffic to identify gaps and opportunities to move marketing efforts and strategies.
• Assess, manage, and drive CRM initiatives.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in tasks.
