· Position: Accounts Assistant (SIMPLE DUTIES/AP & AR)
· Location: Sims Close
· Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9.30am-6pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
· Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
· Data-entry and bookkeeping
· Payment to vendors (AP and AR)
· Preparing monthly report and GST reporting
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum ITE in Accountancy
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
· Prior experience in MYOB is advantageous
