Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the APAC region.
- Build and maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships with key clients.
- Identify , develope and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products/services.
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role in the semiconductor industry in the APAC area
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
