- Responsible for Dedicated Sales Sector Target, obtaining profitable results through the Sales set by Manager.
- Responsible for Marketing tools development for it’s Sales Sector. (PPT)
- Manage the sales administration function (when require). Understand FAI requirements from Customer (Detailed).
- Preparation Quotation and BOM for costing analysis for future production usage or on hand Orders.
- Developed a generic marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each Customers (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force.
- Ensure that all sales activities are in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company and ability to manufacture.
- Creating new contacts and develops new businesses Beneficial for the Company.
- Fully responsible for Sale Trade Accounts Receivable for customers ensuring zero bad debts.
- Create Sale Costing against BOM Target set understanding expenditure against Sale amount.
- Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely.
- Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects amount larger than expect.
- Execute jobs assign by General Manager or Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENT
· 3-5 years experience Sheet Metal or Engineering Sales in either, Construction Business Sector, F&B Equipment Sales, Lab Furniture Sales.
· Minimum Qualification Business or Marketing Diploma
· Understand Product Costing against Sales Impact.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Experience in B2B sales
· Excellent time management, prioritization skills and self-independent at work.
· 5 days work week and able to complete daily priority work within the day.
