Join us as an Inventory and Revenue Manager and play a key role in overseeing worldwide inventory operations and revenue management processes. We're seeking individuals with a strong background in manufacturing finance, standard cost management, and revenue accounting to drive efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Manage worldwide inventory standard costing system, including experience with standard cost variances and allocation to proper periods.
- Accounts Receivable: Review and manage accounts receivable processes, including collection, cash application, credit limit management, invoice transmission, and dispute resolution.
- ERP System Management: Must have experience managing standard cost updates in a major ERP system (Oracle or SAP), ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial reporting requirements.
- Audits: Assist in inventory and distributors audits, including some minimal travel as required.
- Revenue Management: Manage revenue and related areas such as accounts receivable, customer credit, cash application, dispute resolution, and point of sale (POS) review, upload, and validation.
- Accruals: Prepare accruals for various items such as samples, adders, wafer receipts, return material authorization (RMA), rebates, and discrepant material requisition (DMR).
- Audit Liaison: Liaise with auditors on specific items related to duties specified, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and providing necessary documentation and support.
- System Implementation: Lead new system implementation and projects related to inventory and revenue management processes.
- Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by Finance Manager or Director, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with audit experience in a reputable public accounting firm preferred (preferably in the Big Four).
- Must be a Chartered Accountant, Institute of Cost Accountants (ICMAI), MBA, or CPA, demonstrating advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot table, Vlookup, etc., with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data accurately.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration, providing a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles.
