CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (JAPANESE SPEAKING)

Job Description :

  • Assist in administrative job functions to support sales
  • Process and manage customers’ orders
  • Attending and assisting with prospects and clients
  • Identifying customers’ needs and to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction
  • Excellent conduct to represent and uphold our company’s reputation
  • Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
  • Other Ad-hoc Duties assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience in the Food / FMCG industry or relevant
  • Able to speak business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Service oriented
